Chapter 19 First Encounter with the Savior 1
Chapter 19 First Encounter with the Savior 1
It's back-to-school season again, and Diagon Alley is bustling with activity once more.
The Malfoys, along with Draco, had made preparations well in advance.
Landric arrived at Malfoy Manor using Floo Powder.
Narcissa: "Welcome, my darling, but where is your mother, Tana, who didn't come with you?"
Over the years, Narcissa and Tana had become best friends. Seeing that Tana Rozier wasn't there, Narcissa couldn't help but ask...
Landric: "My dear godmother, my mother suddenly has some urgent business to attend to, so she can't come with us to Diagon Alley."
Narcissa was a little disappointed: "Well," she hadn't seen Tana in a long time.
Since Landric's birth, Tana Rosier has become a powerful woman, determined to ensure her family's future prosperity and ease of competition among noble families. Under her leadership, the Rosier family has grown increasingly powerful, and with the assistance of the Malfoy family, it has experienced a rapid resurgence in recent years. Consequently, Tana Rosier has become increasingly busy, leaving her with less and less free time.
And so, Tana Rozier hastily left the manor again due to an unexpected business situation.
Lucius: "Alright, my dear Sissi, we should get going."
Lucius and Narcissa each extended a hand, one gently pulling Draco's arm, the other gently pulling Landric's arm.
Lucius: "We're about to start teleporting. If you don't hold on tight, you might end up missing an arm or a leg."
Landric and Draco naturally didn't take Lucius's minor threat to heart. Their aristocratic upbringing had given them a good understanding of shapeshifting, and they were confident that Lucius wouldn't turn them into what he described.
Draco exclaimed excitedly, "We're ready, Dad! Let's begin!"
The four of them formed a circle, and Lucius teleported them to a relatively quiet side street near Diagon Alley.
Landric still felt a little dizzy when he let go of Draco. Sure enough, even after teleporting so many times, they still hadn't fully adapted to it.
Narcissa: "Have you rested well, children?"
Narcissa pulled out a list of essential items: "These are the things we need to buy today. Diagon Alley is just ahead."
The group walked along the narrow street toward Diagon Alley.
Landric and Draco were quickly captivated by the bustling streets and the dazzling array of goods lining the roadside.
Lucius: "Let's go to Gringotts first."
The group had no objections; of course, they needed to prepare money before buying anything. After withdrawing the money, they began their shopping spree.
Narcissa: "Okay, come here, children."
Because the queue was too long, Lucius and Narcissa decided to take their two children to the robe shop across the street to have robes made.
Draco didn't have any particular feelings about wizard robes; he'd seen them for years anyway.
He was the first to push open the door of the robe shop, and the bell on the door rang crisply.
A short, plump witch stepped forward: "Are you looking to order Hogwarts uniforms?"
Narcissa: "Yes, Mrs. Malkin, please take the measurements of the two children."
Mrs. Malkin picked up a ruler: "Which young gentleman would like to go first?"
Draco: "I'll do it."
Mrs. Malkin looked at Draco's delicate little face and blurted out a compliment without reservation: "As expected of young Mr. Malfoy, you look just like your father. You are very handsome."
Upon hearing this, Draco raised his proud platinum head and nodded slightly to Madam Malkin in agreement.
Immediately, the restless ruler began to slide and grope Draco's body.
Landric frowned in disgust as he watched this scene; he hated being touched, not even by a ruler.
Draco, who was being measured, clearly didn't like it either, but seeing Landric beside him, he still didn't want to throw a tantrum in front of him.
