"What are these?" Qiao Nan asked while looking at the ice candies that were placed in the blocks that were filled with ice and kept on the counter. His eyes fell on the colourful frozen delights that he had never seen before. Madam Mo who was following her husband also looked at the colourful things placed in the ice baskets.

They looked similar to frozen water but at the same time, Madam Mo did not think that Yu Dong would sell frozen water that was coloured, right? There was no way.

"This is ice candy," the worker, who was responsible for selling the ice candies answered Qiao Nan's query. He pointed to the different flavours and then introduced them to Qiao Nan and Madam Mo, "This is mango, this is orange, pineapple, blackberry and kiwi and the ones on the right are strawberry, cola and melon, avocado, grapes, blue raspberry, red raspberry and blueberry.

" The worker pointed to each flavour with a smile on his face.

He then said to Qiao Nan and Madam Mo along with the rest of the customers, "Just for today, the first flavour that the customers chose will be given to all of them for free." The worker's words were like molten honey in the ears of the customers who were curious about this new speciality that was launched but were too scared to purchase it.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

What if it did not taste good? What if this speciality was nothing but sweetened coloured water? All sorts of questions popped into the heads of the customers. They could not be blamed either as many unscrupulous merchants gave out good deals when they started their business but it turned into a mess once they became popular.

Thus everyone was hesitant to try it but after hearing the words of the mall worker, their eyes brightened. If the first flavour was free then they were willing to try this thing called Ice Candy.

"Then I will try the mango one," Geng Gengxin who was with Song Zhi and Xie Xieren said to the worker. She turned to look at her daughter Xie Yanting and asked, "Which one do you want?"

"I want the Blue raspberry one!" Xie Yating replied to her mother. Her eyes had never moved from the blue ice candy that was sitting on the counter but she was too hesitant to ask her mother. As something new always scared the children.

But with her mother taking the lead, Xie Yating was no longer worried about trying the Ice Candy!

No sooner did they take a lick of the ice candy, than they paused causing the rest of the customers to look at the mother and daughter pair curiously. Was there something wrong with the Ice Candy?

However a second later——

"This ...this is amazing!" Geng Gengxin exclaimed. She covered her mouth with her hand and looked at her daughter before saying, "This ice candy tastes like mango but it's cold and smooth. With a hint of cream—— this ...this is perfect for the summers!"

"Mother, my blue raspberry is also really good!" Xie Yating said to her mother as she pointed at her ice candy asking her mother to take a bite. It was really pulpy, smooth and sweet! It was like eating a frozen dessert!

Her entire body was cooled down in an instant and even the sweat on her forehead was gone!
