If you've got a number of Christmas presents that you don't want such as electrical items that you just don't know how to use or you're just not inclined to use them then why not trying to flog them on eBay?

When you actually manage to sell the item then you'll need to work out how to post them. If the weather is naff like now or you just can't get to a post-office then you should try a door to door courier service such as Parcel Monkey.

The beautiful about services such as this is that if you're at work during the day you can get a courier to pick it up from your work place, or if you're at home and have difficulty to get out such as you've got young children and can't carry the items then these companies are awesome too.

I'm going to spend some of the end of the month going through the tonnes of electrical items I've got hanging around and flog them on eBay. Then I can waste the money on more rubbish I don't need!

And so soon we'll be seeing about an hour of daylight per day. We'll be thinking of unwrapping presents and wondering if we've actually got our loved-ones enough. So if you're in that situation then here's some great Christmas gift ideas if you're currently struggling for ideas.

Obviously Chrsitmas Hampers are pretty popular as you don't really have to think of the fine details. Most sites allow you to select the hamper by type of person and then you're away.

If you're buying for a young lady that loves to go out clubbing then you've really got to have a look at the Tipsy Feet which are little, fold-up, shoes that would fit into most handbags. They also come in a range of colours so will go with most outfits. But they'll probably only wear them on the way home anyway.

What's also is popular this year are the Personalised Classic Books which are classic books with the recipient's name on the front. They're very cool and if you're buying for a bookworm then this looks like a great Christmas present.

Also dolls are very popular and the Jolina Ballerina Dolls is due to be in high demand this year. It's a cute doll, but not the cheapest.

However, you must remember to get at least some stocking fillers. There's some great sites out there with really inexpensive toys and bits and bobs to fill up a stocking so I'd really consider making sure that you allocate some of your budget for that.

And don't forget about voucher codes. Using discount codes such as the Montezumas voucher code can save you 10% which added up could end up being around £150 for the average Christmas spend.

What's more you could double up and get a hot air balloon flight for your girlfriend as a Christmas present and then when you go up in it in the new year you can propose. It's certainly a novel way of doing it.

It's great to list MDS Batteries as they're great people that offer virtually every kind of battery you'll ever need!

I've got a 5th generation iPod and know that one day I'll need some iPod Batteries to keep it going! I could buy a new one but I'll have to faff around with iTunes!

They've also got a great range of Digital Camera Batteries such as Samsung, JVC and Acer.

There is one type of batteries I'm keen on to start using more and they're Rechargable Batteries as I just hate thinking about filling up landfill sites with old batteries that just rot and leak gawd-knows what into the environment.
